The Oracle's Shopping card

JBoss, Zend, and Sleepycat are on the shopping card of Oracle after the acquisition of InnoBase? I was reading the news at Business week , Zend could sell for $200 million :

The database giant is in talks to purchase at least three software companies that would help it shift customers to a subscriber-based model [...] Zend's PHP software language is one of the most prevalent on the Web, present in more than 18 million Web sites. The company, which snared headlines last year when Netscape co-founder Marc Andreessen joined its board, has been trying to extend its success with the Web into business applications. Zend could sell for $200 million, according to one source.
