The last year I was using more and more oracle database with PHP, the difference wasn't very big compared to other database servers but I noticed that there is many new things that should be done in a different way : architecture, optimization, coding ...
The database size increased from small application to large and entreprise applications, to be used by some governments as their main database server. PHP is amazingly powerful while working with PHP but there is many considerations that we should take before.
So in this blog we'll talk about everything related to oracle and PHP but also news, book reviews ...etc. If you have an idea or suggestion for the Oracle PHP magazine we're open to make this blog better and useful.
